    No. We are on a month-to-month basis and dont like to tie-up our customers in a long-term contract. You are free to cancel our services any time with a 30-day notice period. As soon as you tell you to cancel we stop our services from the next billing cycle. But we are sure, we won’t see that happening as you will love our services, we have a 100% satisfaction rate.

    Our live remote video surveillance team will monitor your CCTV camera for a shift of 12-hours a day in the evening.

    We monitor your CCTV cameras to watch your property for 7-days a week. No days off!

    What time does your live remote video surveillance start everyday?2021-02-05T17:15:22+00:00

    We start monitoring your cameras in the evening till morning for 12 hours. You are allowed to pick a start time and end time for a length of 12 hours. Our start-time ranges from 6 pm – 9 pm CST and end-time ranges from 6 am – 9 am CST respectively. So if you want your live surveillance monitoring to start at 7 pm CST then your shift will end at 7 am CST.

    Yes. We are a month-to-month so you are allowed to upgrade or downgrade to any plan in-between your monitoring. Once you update us about it we can make that change at the first day of our next billing cycle.
