How many hours a day will you watch our CCTV cameras?
Our live remote video surveillance team will monitor your CCTV camera for a shift of 12-hours a day in the evening.
How many days a week do you monitor my property?
We monitor your CCTV cameras to watch your property for 7-days a week. No days off!
What time does your live remote video surveillance start everyday?
We start monitoring your cameras in the evening till morning for 12 hours. You are allowed to pick a start time and end time for a length of 12 hours. Our start-time ranges from 6 pm - 9 pm CST and end-time ranges from 6 am - 9 am CST respectively. So if you want your live surveillance monitoring to start at 7 pm CST then your shift will end at 7 am CST.
Can I change my plan in-between?
Yes. We are a month-to-month so you are allowed to upgrade or downgrade to any plan in-between your monitoring. Once you update us about it we can make that change at the first day of our next billing cycle.
